Wingman for Clubs | Wingman

The mission of Wingman for Clubs is to provide organizations and teams with the resources necessary to create a supportive environment.

Wingman is designed for all children to experience, no matter what their ability. The primary goal is for all children to feel accepted by recognizing their unique and individual strengths and boosting their self-confidence. Wingman will improve the overall climate of your club by strengthening camaraderie and developing a stronger community.

The Wingman Program Guide delivers all the information, activities, and resources needed to run your own Wingman program. For a limited time there is no cost to join Wingman (normal membership fee $49).

Get started today and submit your application here!

All organizations accepted into the program will be presented on our League of Wingman map, acknowledging a firm belief in acceptance and inclusion and sending a clear message to potential new club members and their parents about the positive philosophy they profess.

Wingman for Clubs

The genesis of Wingman was at Nutmeg Striders Athletics in Connecticut and their strong philosophy of compassionate acceptance and full inclusion. The Wingman for Clubs program guide can be implemented in any sports organization with a curriculum based around your training and competing season. The week by week activity guide builds club camaraderie and the recognition tips for coaches enable participants to be identified and rewarded for going above and beyond for each other.

Wingman for Dance

Adapting the Clubs Program Guide for the unique environments of your studio, recitals and competitions, Wingman for Dance provides a schedule of activities that you can run throughout the dance calendar, including a specific summer camp module. These activities instill the core Wingman qualities in your dancers and build a strong community within the studio. The guide also assists the identification and development of young leaders.
